Sangha Yoga
Sangha: (noun): a community of people dedicated to encouraging and nurturing spirit.
We are a nomadic collective of local yoga teachers offering classes at Montauk’s most beautiful outdoor locations!
We are open to the public.
Our classes are $15, there is no need to register.
We have mats if you need one.
If it is too cold, or rainy, we will practice inside.
